Shipping policy
We understand that receiving your order quickly and without hassle is extremely important, and we take the upmost care when handling processing, delivery, and tracking.
When do we ship?
All orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will start processing the same day. Any other orders placed after this, or on weekends/holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing time - 1-2 business days
Shipping/Transit time - 3-8 business days after processing.
Our total delivery time is between 3 and 10 business days from when your order is placed with us. Please keep in mind business days don't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
Inside the US, we have a flat $5.99 Shipping Fee.Â
Who do we ship with?
We use carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your packages successfully and securely. As soon as we ship your order, you'll get a email with tracking details so you can track it from our door, to yours.
Where we ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.
Delivery Problems
If a package delivery is unsuccessful due to a incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm any info. Please note new shipping charges may incur if the order has to be reshipped.Â
